Current Incidents
At 10:30 AM May 3, 2024, we contacted the Rackspace support team regarding intermittent outage for some of our webmail customers. Rackspace informed us they are currently experiencing issues with their webmail site. As a temporary workaround you may have more success logging in to view your webmail at rackspace.mysiteserver.net

We are currently experiencing a server issue on one of our redundant servers, which may be affecting your site. All traffic has been redirected to another redundant server, so you may not see an issue. For anyone that is experiencing an issue, you are likely managing your own DNS. Please contact us at support@bluetonemedia.com and we can provide you with the server IP address to use. We currently do not have an ETA, but will continue to update you as progress is made. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Past Incidents
At 9:35AM April 15, 2024, we noticed intermittent loading with some of our websites. Our Server Technicians began investigating immediately, and after vigorous research and testing, were able to identify and resolve the issue. The redundant server was not configured to handle the primary network traffic, and had to be reconfigured to handle an increased demand, which included a hardware switch.
As of 9:00 AM April 12, 2024 there was a potential zero-day vulnerability was discovered on the BlueTone Media cPanel. In order to address this vulnerability we have temporarily taken the server offline in order to revert to a previous backup without the vulnerability while a security patch is being developed
Is my site or data in any danger? No. Fortunately this vulnerability was discovered by our server security team before any malicous agents could exploit and act upon it.
When will my site be back online? We are working hard to bring these sites back online as soon as possible. Our current estimate is to have sites online by 3:00 PM. We apologize for the short notice for this emergency situation.
Around 10:00 AM it was discovered our Wordpress and other non-BTM-platform sites were experiencing issues. Some of these sites may be experiencing temporary inaccessibility. We are currently in communication with Server Administrators to determine latest ETA.

- 1:27 pm: Our current resolution time has now been updated to 2:00 PM or later. Please follow up at 3:00 PM for future updates.
- 3:30 pm: Our current resolution time has now been updated to 5:00 PM. Please follow up at 5:00 PM for future updates.
- 5:00 pm: Our current resolution time has now been updated to 9:00 PM. Please follow up at 9:00 PM for future updates.
- 9:00 pm: We are still working with webmail support to correct the issue. We will provide an accurate ETA as soon as possible.
